Thai Yoga or Thai Massage or Thai Yoga Massage is a complete system of healing that traditionally aims to help the physical body through clearing blockages in the energetic body and thereby create an environment optimized for healing. It is yoga and massage, dance and meditation. It is perfect for the old and the young, the active and the less so. I could go on forever but really you must come experience it!

Massage is a complimentary healing practice. While very powerful in its own way it is no substitute for surgeries or medicines and massage therapists may not diagnose or prescribe treatment for injury, illness or disease of any kind in the state of Florida.

 Welcome to the wonderful world of bodywork! 

• There will be a brief chat about how you feel in your body, what areas or issues you want to focus on and what kinds of touch you do not want are great things to talk about here. 
• The therapist will then leave the room giving you privacy to remove whatever items of clothing you are comfortable removing. 
• You are not required to remove anything and if you do you will always be modestly covered by draping provided by the therapist per Florida state law. 
• The therapist will re enter the room and begin the session.
•  Remember you are always in control of what happens to your body and may stop the entire session or change any portion of it at any time. 
• When the session is over the therapist will again leave the room to provide you privacy while you redress and will check in with you before you leave!

Bring it on! There are very few circumstances that completely make all forms of massage unadvisable. They exist and they are rare. From the Thai Massage Mat to the Massage Table or Massage Chair, the chances are very high we can find something to do together that will be therapeutic, I'm game if you are! Lets give it a shot!

At this moment Muscle & Flow is a one therapist show. I have partnered with other therapists in the past to offer these kinds of services and in time I may do so again. Currently I am seeing one client at a time.

I am not offering refunds of any kind at this time. There is no expiration date on purchased sessions however and massage makes a wonderful gift if you find yourself unable to use your prepaid sessions.
